Today I am sharing my super simple NO SUGAR Breakfast Cookies! These are freezer friendly, easy to double or triple and can even be portable, if needed. We make a huge batch, freeze them and my kids eat them straight out of the freezer, usually after sitting out for just a few minutes. They can definitely be eaten room temperature or warmed as well. Not only great for breakfast but a good option for a filling after school snack if you prefer!
My kids love these so much, I feel like I am always making them. Last time I made them I decided to time how long it took them to finish them – 55 cookies in 2 weeks! I am okay with that though because most breakfast foods are filled with sugar and these are a great alternative.
